Supplements I'm currently using (updates as appropriate)
Creatine - I like Nutra-bio's creatine, I don't do "loading" just 2 scoops in fruit juice about 20-40 minutes before a workout. I'll be using every day for the Revolution
Double-X by Nutrilite (Multi-vitamin) - this is by far the best, and certainly one of the most expensive multis available. I usually buy it "expired" (vitamins don't really expire) from ebay. saves A LOT of cash. in a pinch Centrum or some such alternative will do.
Stimulant-X - This stuff works REALLY REALLY WELL. stim-x is actually available as a free sample at the link. but trust me, it's good. Ephedra free too.
I'm a doctor on a 45 day fitness journey. This will foray into an "extreme" (sorry, I so hate that word) diet plan.
